My wife and I relocated from Dallas and I did not want to use a real estate agent because of my background. I was blessed to be a top producer at the largest mortgage company in the nation as a Loan officer. I dealt with agents all of the time and personally did not see the need for one.

James was the real estate agent for a family member here and convinced me to at least give him a call. I called James and asked him to sell me on why I needed to use him as my agent. He wasn't offended which first impressed me and gave me the reasons why I needed him. He sold me on using him in 3 minutes which is not easy for someone to do with me. I decided to go with his lender who did have the best rates and most importantly the right loan program to meet my needs. James did an awesome job of negotiating what I wanted. He even showed up at my closing and he brought up a concern about a septic tank issue and resolved it quickly, which showed his concern for my investment. He resolved it quickly and his experience was obviously displayed through out the purchase process. We were able to utilize his moving truck which was a huge help.
